Exceptions to the MIT License

1. Character and logo (non-commercial fan works permitted)

   The MIT License above does NOT apply to the mascot character "Dopakichi"
   (ドパキチ) or to the "Dopa Drill" (ドパドリル) name and logo, including their
   designs, shapes and likenesses as drawn in app/js/dopakichi.js,
   docs/dopakichi.svg, app/icon.svg and the logo in app/index.html
   (the "Characters"). Copyright (c) 2026 gear_machine.

   You may, without asking, use the Characters for non-commercial purposes,
   including fan art, fan fiction, illustrations, animations, videos, social
   media posts, and non-commercial forks or modified versions of this game.

   The following are not permitted without prior permission:
   - commercial use, such as selling goods, artworks or products featuring
     the Characters, or using them in paid products, services or advertising;
   - using the Characters as the name, mascot or branding of another product
     or service, or presenting your work as official;
   - uses that are offensive, defamatory, or that harm the reputation of the
     Characters or of this project.

   Gameplay videos and live streams of this game are permitted, including on
   platforms where the creator receives advertising or tipping revenue.

   When a fan work or fork is published, please make clear that it is

2. Fonts

   The fonts in app/fonts/ (Dela Gothic One, Zen Maru Gothic) are licensed under
